  • This sort of garbage is what you get when you let Young Labor extremists with an axe to grind near technology.

  • Actually, I am not young nor Labor - just part of a "working family" who had allegedly never had it better off and was sick of Howard's continued hubris.

  • vry nice vid

  • Cheers ;)

  • Well done! Arrogant? Howard goes beyond arrogant. When I think of our doctor and dentist shortage, how our Generation Yers will never afford a home of their own.......

  • Cheers ;)

Isn't it interesting how history comes back to bite like that?

  • John Howard is a bloody bastard and wish he never entered politics.

  • @AccordionManiac

I'd rather have him than Gillard or Rudd. Any day of the week.

  • @satansmanservant and you are fucking better off now with the shitty ass labor goverment i bet you are sorry now that johnny is gone atleast he got the job done unlike this goverment today may i add FUCK LABOR

  • John Howard - Psychotic

  • LOL@"I see no point in telling the truth" at the end

  • @Stephen19852009

There is no real difference in political parties whether labor or liberal they are just there to screw the people and destroy their way of life. Period!

  • You're missing the point. The problem is that the statement sounded like something Paul Keating would say (and Keating COULD argue that the public had a far better economic forecast compared to the 1970s). The recession itself was not the biggest factor in the 1996 election, it was Keating's apparent arrogance that lost it for him.. And Howard lost the same way.

  • Oh how ironic this is, in the light of the Labor Party's fortunes a mere two and a half years later. As a "working family" I look back quasi-fondly to the days of Howard; things are certainly a lot rougher these days.

  • Its interesting to find these vids now. I would wager any bet that working families were better off when Howard stated that, than they are now. How fun is has been trawling thru all the Kev 07 supporters vids now. How are you all feeling now? ;)

  • Howard was one of the best Prime Ministers this country has ever had.

  • Crap video - get a new hobby
