So grateful for nature, too...always! : )
Louise Hay's book is (among others) great b/c it has shared this info about dis-ease being about something we are disconnected from b/c we are not at ease with it... and yet it is really important to remember that none of these books are thorough enough to diagnose or name what any given symptomatic disease is 'about' for any given person.

Lilou, have you ever been part of an ayahuasca ceremony, or experienced other mind-altering plants? That is true wisdom from nature that I would encourage anyone to look further into. : )

Wonderful. I go hiking because when you close your eyes to breath and feel all the earth around you, it is beautiful. It makes me sad that people take it for granted.
These books are a great place to start, but the real information, that is soooo individual and unique to each of us is WITHIN each one of us. We all have different experiences that brought us to perhaps the same ailments and yet each on manifests for very unique reasons with each of us....again, the books can be slightly cookie cutter if you try and apply them to all situations....and yet a great place to start.
Blessings!
