We are not very good. I know that. You can point out my mistakes if you want but me and my trainer have already discussed all that. Plus I have only got the pony a few months. This video was taken on the 30th March 2008. My pony is called Magnum and we were jumping 70cm. One other person besides me got a double clear. Sorry for cursing after number 10, I thought we knocked it and I panicked. Usually we have a more fluent round than this but at least we got a rosette.

  • ha ha yeah I dont like my accent on camera. It was really stupid of me to curse like that but it makes me laugh!:)

  • Thank you! :) My flatworks better now, but I still have the awful habit of kicking Magnum before the fence.

  • Bear in mind this was months ago. Ive improved. Im not trying to say Im Jessica Kurten, I know Im not brilliant. As long as I enjoy it I dont mind if Im crap.

  • try not 2 kick cause i can c ur legs coming off the horse...use a crop or squeeze

  • ur position was fixed forward with ur leg back, if u sat up straight and kept ur leg down, ur position would make it easier for your pony to understand what to do and go forwards... you should supple up when doing your forward position too.

  • Wow... maybe you should be doing hunters until you are prepared for the jumper ring... your horse looks extremely slow and quite honestly your kicking isn't doing much... your horse is not responsive to your kicks at all.... meaning you perhaps need a crop or just to keep steady leg pressure on instead of kicking. You have ruined your horses respect for the kick and it takes a lot to make him acknowledge it again. Good luck in the future.

  • HRŮŮŮŮŮŮŮŮZA

  • Dont Say anything Nasty Because their giving it a go!

  • you kicked the pony before the first jump.

  • that was pretty good, except that when you kicked the pony your legs went up and back into the "buck zone"

but otherwise that was really good

  • You've come on so much since then :)

  • i have one fyi I' a pony hunter kid and there on the ball so u can't exspect poor riding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • actually that was really really good! i have had mt pony since november 2008 and im just getting to actually riding him good but for you having that horse for a few months holly molly just think of how good youll get in a year!
