great tutorial thanks for this. i want to ask you if there is a way to change the font and its size? Which font does mkvmerge uses to embedd subs?

i dont think that u can change the sub font size in mkv merge.. but theres a small program called subwork shop.
or subtitle workshop and i know for sure u can edit the font size and type of font and then u just save it and import it to mkv merge along with ur movie.. hope this works

hey,my mkvmerge gui won't open when i try to open it.it shows command prompt and turns off.WHY?

@sparkingboy200 try running mkvmerge as administrator.. click the icon and click run as administrator..
