  • didn't he play Alan Spaulding on "Guiding Light"

  • Ron is one of the most gifted actor singers on broadway.

  • Ron Raines is so wonderful, so beautiful man too. What a magic moment this concert at Carnegie hall for the Geiorge GERSHWIN 100 celebration. Many THANKS for all.

  • @rjr1967 Goofy dress, but amazing legs!

  • Great voices, shame about the dress. :-)

  • Great song.

    Great voices.

  • I remember in the 70s when CBS put on a special one-hour version of "Of Thee I Sing" with Carroll O'Connor (Archie Bunker from "All in the Family") as the star. TERRIBLE! Whatever O'Connor's great skills were as a comedian and actor, he was no singer. And you felt he felt out of place, he was so ill at ease. Anyway, God bless the Gershwins!

  • Very nice. I love Gershwin.
