Nice pour! You know when to stop the pour: before it blondes, something that's rare amongst youtube barista videos. Best shot I've seen on youtube yet.

Hi there, have a EM5600 and want to upgrade to the 6910 but a bit worried based on the reviews of the old 6900. I see through your comments that these seem to be ironed out, however does the PF sit straight in this machine or is it like all the other sunbeam model, in lock position the PF is way over to the right meaning you have to line up your shot glasses/mugs on an angle.

the PF does sit to the right but the industrial nature of it allows you to unscrew the spout to a position to suit. This allows you to have the cups where you want them

You mentioned replacement machine - is that replacing the EM6900 - I just received the EM6910 today as a replacement to a EM6900 - Its handle was able to move all the way to the right touching the hot water tap. I am pondering whether to open the EM6910 or return it to a store for a different model.
Are you still happy with EM6910?

Yes it was a replacement for the EM6900. I am very happy so far with my EM6910. I think that like many first versions the EM6900 was a bit prone to problems. I would suggest they would have had a pretty clear idea of the problems with thier machine when they were developing the 6910 and would have resolved them. I am still very happy with it.
