NO BULB BAN

The UK along with many other countries are about to ban conventional Incandescent Light Bulbs and force everyone to buy Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs. This amounts to a dictatorship because the population have not been consulted or given the true facts about these new bulbs. Please visit these websites and read for yourself what this ban will mean for millions of people and then please visit the No. 10 petition website and sign the petition to stop the ban on normal bulbs.

There has NEVER been any significant hazard demonstrated that is strong enough to ban the incandescent bulbs. This is a result of industry controlling our govt to force people into buying products that they don't want.

Yes, same as me. I noticed green leak from CFL without bomb or break that mercury! I decided to remove all CFL and go back old fashion low watt bulbs. Whew. I don't want Mercury vapor around my house.

To be safe than get sick all the time because of CFL vapor

I've only got 2 left. All my other lights are Halogen or LED.

I hate them, too. Our church was the first place I saw them used and I plan to never have them in my home.
