It's a Calderdale Council puff piece.
Can someone please tell me how much of *our money* was spent on this?
I'm supposed to feel comfortable with the fact that the council spent *my money* to "de-risk the project for private investors"?

It was actually produced as a direct response to questions and concerns raised by residents during a series of development workshops relating to the SBCV tranformational project. Council officers appear to provide the audience with some background to the project and to answer the questions posed by residents.
