  • This is nice for beginners but it won't get you killer abs. Mines cost me blood, but its worth it.

  • Thank u so much!! Theses exercises are amazing and theyre soo easy to do! I do 3 reps of 20 on the core hold and 2 reps on the second and 3 reps of 20 on obliques and 5 reps of 10 on the lower abs... they are wondeful and they don't even really feel like exercise tho i am using those muscles ---thank Natalli Reznik mwah!
