Test take 2 :: UGH IDK. HELP??

ugh WTH im confused. I watched this 10 minutes after it uploaded and it was the full HD now its only HQ and it has the black bars on the sides. If anyone can help id appreciate it.

go to tiktoktutorials and look for the widescreen/hd tutorial by 3iHeArTyU

it tells you EVERYTHING!

though it says hq i'm watching it in HD. My little black bars just stay out for every video.

I believe your frist one was right. Cause this one says hq and the other said hd. but I could be wrong.
