Director James Spruill teams with Franklin for Short to create a music video concept for song "Fast & Soft" that is inspired by the band's peculiar rehearsal space and incorporates a Franklin for Short performance.

Technically, none of these vids cost only $99. The equipment used to film and edit the videos cost thousands!

There's cost, and then there's value. Equipment the filmmaker already owns has value. But if it doesn't cost him or her to use it, then it doesn't count toward the $99. Only equipment rented or purchased specifically for the video counts.
