Hi, I am Mary-Frances Ginn and I am a student at the University of Georgia. My question is for all of the candidates. The definition advertising is to announce or praise a product, service, etc. in some public medium of communication in order to induce people to buy or use it. Should the government be allowed to place limits on media advertisements on lawful products, for instance tobacco advertisements on television? Why or why not?
Does this particular law not disagree with the First Amendment to the Constitution?
