  • @nCorelli Postal employees are for the most part lazy and rude. They look at customers with glazed over eyes with an attitude that says, "ya don't like my service, so what, I can't be fired for any reason short of murder!" nCorelli is absolutely correct. !!

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 3 days a work week is sufficient.

  • Wrong. The reason the USPS is hemorrhaging money is because postal workers are paid $20-$30 an hour to do the job a trained monkey could do. And let's not forget the pensions and benefits programs they are committed to.

Privatize it and within 6 months you'll see a drastic improvement in efficiency and spending.

The government can't run the post office, how can you possibly expect them to run a successful economy.

  • It's not gonna happen, The House on Government Oversight found out the 230 billion dollar debt the PO claims they'll have in 10 years is a false number, With that finding the house has decided that the post office needs to find other ways to cut costs. They are now looking into getting 75 billion that's owed to them by the government from overfunding the civil service retirement fund. Congress and the President have already stated they don't agree with 5 day delivery.

  • This is BS. The USPS is losing money partly because they don't run on Sunday like some other services do. Not running both days of the weekend will make it even worse.
