@erazman Well since it's to be used in stressful/bad situations I'd it say high calorie cause you need them. But if your diabetic you can make your own kit their not hard to make.

looks tasty but how many calories? an emergency ration should be at least 1000. that looks like about 200 -- enough to feed a small infant.
