Actually, when Ben killed the Dharma Initiative members, he took over the Initiative, and they controlled it themselves. The food, electonics, submarine fuel etc orderings were made by a church in Michigan, which later on (when Ben took over) Eloise Hawkings was put in charge ofr. You'll find this out in Mysteries Of The Universe, the Dharma Initiative episodes.

well, I think a few years ago, there was a group based on The Dharma Initiative, and they did studies on shit, Im not really sure of what they did.....
