In the great forest, a little elephant is born. Babar grows and flees his home in the jungle to arrive in 1930's Paris where he meets the French Professor. Adapted for the stage by Thomas W. Olson from the picturebook by Jean de Brunhoff. Presented by The Children's Theatre Company of Minneapolis. Music composed by Steven M. Rydberg. Direction and choreography by John Clark Donahue. George Muschamp as the French Professor, Arthur Phillips as Little Babar, Doug Bright and Anthony A. Woitalla as Babar's Mother, Paul Reighard as the Hunter.
