The crowd around us at Newark *before* it got really tightly packed.

We were standing here from about 7:30 until about midnight. Around 11:15, they gave the impression they were going to start processing us through security again, so of course everyone started pushing toward the stairs until we were packed so tight you couldn't turn your head without bumping into someone. Of course, they didn't actually start letting people into the line for another 30 min after that, though, so I think they were just entertaining themselves watching us crush each other.
