Unfortunately, I started using SDP in version 8 and am having many problems with the service catalog and some basic problems of product design hated that I report to the support but it is not politically ManageEngine give an SLA for tickets that are opened . I love the product, I think it very good indeed and I hope for his success but I think that the versions need to be more work before released.
