Not only will you pass all the Excelsior exams with flying colors, you will be adequately prepared for real world nursing and will have a good knowledge base for passing the NCLEX-RN. Get your study materials from Excelsior College book store's online website at MBS. This way you will be sure to know and get all the required textbooks. Get the most out of your education & your money.

@BlessedRainbow Hello. I am an RN and an Excelsion College ASN graduate and let me tell you, I started out using books from publishing complanies. They only contained about 25% of the information thats really needed to pass Excelsior Exams and truly prepare you for the CPNE. The best way to pass Excelsior exams is to buy the books recommended by Excelsior College in the Excelsior study guides for each exam. Also, take the online conferences and practice exams offered by Excelsior.

@allistkaput Which books do you suggest one use for Excelsior RN program? I am aware that study materials are sold through eBay. Is this legit?

if you have the Chancellor books the Minnay on-line practice exams for the Exelsior College nursing exams are verbatum the same except you don't get the rationales. I don't know what Chancellor and Minnay's relationship is but check close before you get both because they may be duplicates. All I ever used was Chancellor practice exams, didn't actually read the book, and EC practice exams along with whatever was handy on the web or e-bay. Passed NC 1-7 w/o a problem.
