This was filmed in Big Bear Lake, California. The location has been paved and built over by mountain "cabins" built by swells from LA like the late Michael Jackson.

I love Nelson Eddie and Jeannette Macdonald, i grew up with my mum singing their song to me at bedtime and watching their movies on the mid day movie when i was home sick as a child :) fond memories yeah.
