Another PI for the cult outed

This morning, (3-15) I spot a strange car parked in my neighbors
driveway.
I watch over this For Sale property for the owner, so I know what cars
should be there.
This isn't one of them.
Knowing that it is very likely a cult PI staking out my home again, I
grab my camera and set out to investigate....

Weird. The post where I cite the specific Florida statute that says PI's aren't allowed to divulge what they are doing or who they are working for is gone....

And in MY UNIVERSE, my right to "hold out" on the police is CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED :)

First of all I did not erase your supposed post with Florida Statute cited and only I or youtube could do that. I like to allow both sides of an argument, only getting nasty will force me to erase a post.

Your right to hold out on the police is constitutionally protected when being arrested. If your friend had not moved along when told and the officer arrested him (or the officer decided to arrest him for not coming clean) yes he could keep his mouth shut until he had an attorney.

First of all other more reputable PI's have said he was doing it wrong and was acting slimey. What was his point of being nasty and threatening if it was a misunderstanding? It's one thing to say "I can't inform you of my job" as opposed to out & out lying to the policeman. And I don't know what universe you are from but holding out on the police on what you are doing looking suspicious in a private neighborhood can get you arrested, your friend is lucky he was just shooed off instead.

What a fuckin idiot. I've been a PI for 3 years and you are not suppose to theaten people. He should have been arrested. The best part is, they can do nothing. Even sending this PI to one guys house is TRYING to get to a fraction of a fraction of anonymous. Because we're decentralized, they are like a beheaded chicken, running around in circles, blinded, achieving nothing. They will never bring us down.
