@zekefreaker Sry if i offended u, I jus wanted 2 point out that I bought a broken piece o shit off ebay, and it still works great. Sliding it constantly also wares out the cable that connects to the screen, thats why I only open mine when I need 2;)

I bought this phone about a year ago on ebay used with a cracked lens cover, and mine still works great. I think people r jus slammin their phones shut of course its gonna break if ur rough with it constantly.

UGH. The buttons on my Motorola Karma stopped working, sent it back for repairs, they returned it, the same thing happened AGAIN a week later and then it fell apart!! They have THE WORST customer service and you cannot talk to a supervisor if your life depended on it. I will never buy a Motorola again, for the sole reason that their service sucks. And I was without a phone for 3 weeks, to get the same defective phone back. Now I gotta send it back again - they will not replace it. Bite me.
