  • That was a down period for Arsenal. It would take a few years before this rivalry became a two-way street again.

  • Anyone spot Stan Boardman at 2:00

  • @makiavelli999 Well John Morgan was a Swansea man although he did come up from BBC London for the broadcast. I was on the Kop for this match, moreover i was one of a group interviewed in the nearby Sandon pub the day before the game about the Liverpool football scene. John Morgan was the brother of my best friend Philip who was responsible for arranging the pub interview. A terrific match ( for Liverpool ) and looking back it almost seems that they were days of football innocence.

  • :D i'm egyptian and i love liverpool the scousers :D

  • @amrzizo939 the red devils? i think thats man united mate lol

  • Pure Gold!! Typical BBC.. London chap coming up to interview the lads with queen´s english.. Liverpool playing in the red shirts! Eh.. where? I am not getting any color on my screen lads!! Back when football was at its best. Soon we will be on top again! YNWA

  • what are they singing at 2:35?

  • I was probably in the boys pen on that day....I was only 9 yrs old and didn't graduate into the Kop until I was about 12 ! ....Happy days.

  • @rustynigelorangekun I don't want to feel safe in a football stadium. It's supposed to be a raucous and noisy environment. People over here have lost sight of that and should be ashamed of themselves with their health and safety bollocks, which is ridiculously over the top and has destroyed the spirit and atmosphere of stadiums.
