Great stuff, John!

What you have is amazing and I wish everyone would stop caring so much about ornamental (worthless) shrubs, perfect (worthless) lawns, and start growing food instead. People spend millions each year on dangerous lawn pesticide. The chemicals seep into the ground. Congratulations on your successful garden.

how many zones is your drip system? how many minutes a day to you irrigate in the summer? 1/2 gallon drippers every six inches on 1 foot spacing?

3 zones in my front yard. Each bed has a ball value to adjust the flow rate. I think we were down to less than 3 minutes a day. the drippers are at each plant. Basically, we check the soil level to see if each plant is watered, if not, we adjust a) the bed b) overall valves if necessary to get it where we need.
