In 1995, the Plattsburgh Air Force Base in upstate New York closed. There were those who said economic recovery in the area would take 25 years. But the Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corporation, known more concisely as PARC, got the job done in half that time.
Our video telling the story of the positive turnaround following the base's closing was produced as a companion to "Flying High Again," PARC's history book. That was written and published by CorporateHistory.net, a long-standing client of William Morris Production Group.
