This is nothing more than a wholesale move towards privatization of profitable areas of the mail system. Certain cronies in the government have sold their souls to their corporate masters and are doing everything in their power to destroy the Postal Service. They plan to close over 200 processing plants and delay your mail at least 1-4 days in the process (and not really save anything). By the time the public notices, it'll be too late and they'll blame anything but the truth.
