If there is a massive outbreak of voter impersonation (which is what the Republican "reforms" were designed to address), then please provide the evidence. News21 (a Carnegie-Knight project), prior to this election, sent public info requests to all the states and found 10 cases of voter impersonation in all the elections since 2000 (again, not including this past election). This is not about addressing a pressing problem, it is meant to discourage Democatic leaning voters from voting.
