Resident Evil DS - Speedrun (Jill) - 37"23 min (Part 4/4)

Stefan Mahrla speedruns Resident Evil: Deadly Silence with Jill (classic mode & using rocketlauncher) in 37"23 minutes.

Thanks to Brandon Armstrong for some helpful tips.
I had to add (crappy^^) music to the vid, because the sound is always too quiet when I record DS games with my camera.

@wbyyo: Yeah, the run really sucks nowadays. It was a good time 4 years ago and then someone posted a 32 or 33 min time (but without video). I think I would also have been able to do a 35 min run, but recording the run was a pain, as you always have to hold the DS in a certain position without moving/shaking the screen much.

And it was my first RE speedrun, so of course it's possible to do better.

Btw. you have your 29:32 run on vid? I think I saw a 28 min TAS run, so your run must have

I haven't gottin that far in the game yet cause I never really played the first resident evil game lol but i'm stuck I don't know where to go afer I fisrt encouter the snake. Where do I go next?

When you fight the snake, you get one of 4 crests. Find all 4 crests in the mansion to unlock a door to the garden.

anyway very good, but the mrl wates time when aiming, count on it,if someone says something and just put a photo, don't believe him, with an action replay (cheat device) you can put the time you want so don't believe anybody wothout seeing the video complete, don't believe neither me, i couldn't made a video but seriously it was 29 min and some seconds i hope i can make a video but as i have now remake i prefer playing it.

I'm amazed, not only by how fast you completed the game, but also that you managed to finish the game before your DS shut off on you since it was on red from beginning to end lol. Anyways, great video, I very much enjoyed it.

No, he just want to do a quick speedrun. It's the fastest way if you use the rocket luncher, but you're right - it isn't right. But he already owns the rocket luncher, see?
