It's so strange to see my Grandpa (Ken Gibson) on here. Thanks for keeping him alive, folks. :)

Yes, I remember that show. It had a black cat as a "host", or at least some film of one walking. It aired on KCRG-TV Channel Nine on Saturdays, right? And it always featured British mysteries as opposed to straight horror, if I recall. :)

I lived in Peoria, and never missed a show. My uncle lived right down the road from the old caves they showed at the start of the show.
Thanks for posting, brings back some good memories.

I grew up outside of Galesburg. ACF was always the highlight of my weekends as a kid. Anyone remember "Pyewacket Presents"?

Ken Gibson's son and I were friends when he was still on ACF. He was the coolest adult , ever. He even opened an after school hangout for the kids , "Vinnie's Hideaway". The other parents put an end to that. Killjoys. Gibson passed a while back , sadly. Real nice man.

When I was little I got to do a scene with my Mom and Vincent Hedges... I wish I could find it. I was probably about 3 or 4 years old.
