I used to used to use a doorway chinup bar till i landed on my back. Now whenever i go to use it im worried that itll slip out of the doorway again.

I Dont wanna hate, but when ure a 60 kg small shouldered guy and do frontdips and easyownweightpullups -> this is not bodybuilding or hard sport... definition more not xD
When ure weight is 80 kg or 100 each body is other then we talk again about this hamsterdips...

I used to be pretty good at handstands. I could do all the basic lifts bar tiger pressups (or whatever they're called, from elbows) Then I started to get immense pain in my wrists and had to stop. It's been 2 years now. I can still handstand now and then, but any attempt at a serious workout is over...Do you never get pain in your wrists?

@cragzzz Cragzz I always do the wrist stretching video on my youtube channel prior to exercise, it's great for rehabilitating the wrists and keeping them injury free.
