i been drawing since i was 7 and im 15 ... i love to draw realistic animal drawings

but for some time i been in love with flowers... i have a question..how to you start your roses like the shape of them thanks.....Abby

@Abby3062 I start from the bottom and work my way up to the center of the rose, draw the outlines of the rose very lightly then go back in with shading ^^

I think you are very good, but could be much better if you forget about putting black lines around your portraits/flowers etc. With portraits especially, showing reflected light takes your drawing up a level, (where you can't tell the difference between the photo and your drawing)!
