Just got one from maplin and its really bad . The clipping lights come on with no audio on as soon as it is switched on . Does any one have similar

@irishbrumy The two red lights at the top indicate what is called PEAK LEVEL. What it is, when the mixer is at a clipping state. Basically, TURN IT DOWN. Turn your amplifier up, set it to the loudest level you like and do not touch the MASTER VOL. Leave it where the red lights only flash when your amplifier is up full blast. ALWAYS turn the amplifier off before the Umix 3 otherwise you will blow your speakers. I got the HOME MIX version for 25 pounds :D I love it haha

This is designed to be a basic, easy to use Mp3/mic mixer for parties, small gigs etc. It's NOT designed for scratching tempo matching or the O2 arena. What do you expect for the money? It does exactly what it says on the tin. Bargain.
