Lights, Camera, Romance 1x01; "Movie Premiere"

FIRST EPISODE OF "LIGHTS, CAMERA, ROMANCE"!!!!

This whole story is in Selena's perspective. Selena, Demi, Nick, and Miley are 23. Joe is 25, and Kevin is 26.

"Demi Lovato, get your big, singing butt down here right now! We're gonna be late!"

"Lena, I'm the star of the movie. I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to be a little late to the premiere." she said as she came down the stairs. I laughed and rolled my eyes at her. She's such a diva, and that's what I love about her. But why wouldn't you love her? She's Demi Lovato! A talented singer, actress, and goofball that I am very proud to call my best friend.

And who am I? Well I'm Selena Gomez. I'm 23 and living the dream. My acting career took off at the age of 15 when I landed a role on a Disney tv show called "Wizards of Waverly Place." That's where I met my current boyfriend, David Henrie. After 8 very successful seasons, I decided to put my skills to the test when I landed a role in a big motion picture with Penelope Cruz. It was amazing! And ever since, I've been booked for 2 straight years with promising roles in movies. But at the moment, I'm on vacation at my Los Angeles home that I share with Demi.

Uh oh! We should get going! I'm her date to the premiere of her new movie, "Road to Stardom." her co-stars are these brothers in a singing group. I can't seem to remember their name....

"Okay, I'm done! she said as she finished the strap of her stiletto. "Let's get this show on the road!" She danced all the way to the limo outside. Luckily, our driver Charlie opened the door just before she would've slammed right into it. "I can tell she's very excited!" Charlie laughed. "Oh, you have nooo idea!" I added.

We arrived just in time at the Oxford Theater thanks to Charlie's speedy driving. As we stepped out of the limo, flashing lights his our faces. The paparazzi were calling our names from every direction. "Demi! Selena! Over here! Look here!" they shouted. We smiled and posed together then separately. In the midst of the crowd, my eyes focused on a man with curly, dark-brown hair. Who is he? Is he famous? Ive never seen him before. My thoughts continued on until Demi grabbed my arm and pulled me aside.

"Ryan wants to interview us!" she said with a toothy grin.

"Seacrest?"

"Yup!"

We walked up to a grinning Ryan Seacrest, and he asked all the usual questions. Like, "Who are you wearing? Do you help each other get ready? Blah, blah, blah." But then he asked me, "So are you excited for Demi's new movie with the Jonas Brothers?" So that's their name! It completely slipped my mind!

"Well of course, Ryan! Demi tells me a lot of the fun things that happen on set and how she had a great time working with them. They all seem like wonderful guys! But I have yet to meet them!"

"Now's your chance! Demi said. I thanked Ryan for the interview, then Demi pulled me through the crowd and stopped right infront of two very well-dressed guys.

"Selena, I want you to meet Joe and Kevin Jonas. Guys, this is my best friend, Selena Gomez." she smiled. We greeted each other and shook hands, and I was about to say something when Demi interrupted me.

"Hey! Where's Nick? You guys are short one brother!"

"He went inside already. Probably on the phone with Miley." replied Kevin.

"Miley as in Miley Cyrus? As in Hannah Montana?" I asked. I was very interested. "I thought she was dating Justin Gaston."

"Well you see, that's the thing." Joe answered. "She IS. But they're fooling around behind Justin's back."

"Whoa! Poor guy." I said. Demi scoffed. "Selena, don't feel sorry for that douche bag. He's been flirting with Miley's best friend Mandy for the past couple months now."

"Wow! Celebrity gossip at its best!" I smiled. They all laughed, and we headed into the theater. I guess I'll just have to meet the naughty Jonas at the after party...
