I'm 6 weeks out from my umbilical surgery and mine doesn't look right either. It's too folded up like yours and very stiff around the area, like a rock underneath my skin. I'm going back to the Dr. to complain in a few weeks. Did yours change any or stay the same? Please let me know. Thanks. Glenn.

Yeh, mines still a little hard, but it looks totally normal now. It looked funny for quite awhile after the six weeks..If I was you I'd just wait a few months..I dont even look at mine anymore! Lol! as a matter of fact, after i read your post, I looked at it! I dont think Ive even looked at it or even noticed it in a year or so! Lol! I bet yours will be fine!
