(3D) Peter Joseph - Zeitgeist Requiem for One Part 1 of 2

This is part 1 of 2 of Peter Joseph performing Zeitgeist: Requiem for One. This was shot live at the inaugural Zeitgeist Media Festival in Los Angeles, California. This video is meant to be viewed in 3D because it was shot with a 3D camera.

The purpose of the event was to show art as a means to both represent the culture, and to help change the culture. Speakers, comics, and musicians that performed here realized we live in a sick society and they want to help change it for the better. Zeitgeist roughly means the spirit of the age or the cultural mood of an era. Our current cultural mood, or zeitgeist, is one of economic despair and monetary corruption. People in The Zeitgeist Movement realize that the best way to help society would be to move into a global resource-based economic model. A resource-based economy has no money and resources are shared and distributed across the planet without national borders. A resource-based economy recognizes the importance of sustainable technologies and embraces them instead of stifling them in the name of profit.

Many great performers were there for an amazing 8 hour event. There was a food drive that went along with this event. People attending were required to bring an item to donate to a local food drive. These are the best kinds of donations because they aren't simply monetary donations, they are actual useful resources that people need to survive.

I do apologize about the shaky camera, continued refocusing (automatic by EVO 3D), and occasional speaking by myself and the one sitting next to me. This is my first attempt at a quality 3D video. I hope you like it.
