The female field bees return to the hive excited about the pollen or nectar they have found. They then dance to show their sisters how to find the source. There are two dances, the waggle and the circle dance. Scientists have decoded the instructions from the dance and found that it uses the sun as a compass. The field bee waggles to show the distance the bees need to fly to find the source.
