@RMJohnstone easy. download epson reset software called SSC Service Utility. you will also need to clean the waste ink pad, or route the waste ink pipe to the rear of the printer into a container.

@yksnimus The printheads on Epsons eventually wear out and you won't be able to print out clearly. Once the printheads go out, you have to get rid of your printer since you can replace them yourself.
