Night view from the Hong Kong Ritz Ozone Bar on the 118th Floor of recently open highest open air bar in the world. I believe that there is a restaurant in Dubai that is higher but it's enclosed. Maybe not the best camera for night filming so it's hard to get the appreciation for the view. It's quite amazing and drinks were not nearly as expensive as one would expect for the location.
