Much has been said about the recent mysterious cloud sited over Moscow...some have suggested that it is the Aliens, Armageddon, or some secret energy machine. Presented in this video are references to legislation in the United States and testimony by government officials, along with research material and documentary evidence to the fact that a secret war is being waged between countries that have far reaching results beyond imigination. The additional picture of the hole in the cloud is taken by me...

One facility in Europe similar to HAARP is EISCAT.

We've known about HAARP for sometime now. I know that many other nations have their own versions of HAARP, plus "other" weather altering devices. Everytime I hear about some catastrophe in the world, I imagine it was man made. Look at the increasing frequency of Hurricanes in recent years.

My gut reaction was haarp, although it is a clearly explainable from a standpoint of atmospheric analysis.

Have known about ALL of this for many years - it is only accumulating to the point that everyone will have to know and understand it's reality and it's consequences of future use. Then they will be reminded of the symbolic representation of "the rubicon" or as with other popular climate issues - the point of no return.
DO NOT let Obama sign the Copenhagen treaty in December or it truly will be all over.

I've been quite aware of HAARP myself. my reaction to the halo shaped cloud over Moscow was most definitely HAARP at work. Does not surprise me at all.

Our government always tell us that it is explainable but it is a perfect weapon that leaves no finger prints....destroy a wheat field ruin a local economy starve people and blame it on nature's wrath...Wake Up People!
