  • I would not say that. I have a half arab X saddle bred (AKA National Show Horse) and the arab in him makes him no more crazy then any other horse. I can trail ride him alone and he is very obedient. Arabs are not crazy..just sensitive.

  • @KyFats really are you that ignorant?????????????

  • Super dooper! One of my favourite horses to ride was an Arab/Saddlebred. So nice to ride - smooth and smart.

  • WOW. Usually when I see saddlebred horses in saddle seat, I see heavy hands, tense riders, and bracing horses...not to mention all the horrible things like soring. You have shattered that stereotype for me. You have such light hands and seat, and the horse seems to really enjoy what he is doing!

  • @mhunterjumper true, but those people dont care about anything but winning ,my walkers naturally step high, and are not sored

  • Horse : Im a pretty ponie, i am a pretty ponie ,IM A PRETTY POINE!!!

  • @gmwwc Oh you must be confusing Saddlebred and Walkers. They have very different racks. But, I am sure you already know that, huh? I am done with this silly game of yours lady.

  • @gmwwc It would be nice if you would have paid close attention to exactly what I said. I did mention a four beat. Besides, in my original post, I was talking to those individuals that complain about Saddlebred training. I never said that a post or a rider rising or sitting changed the gait. I was only stating the obvious. If you know Saddlebred, you are not going to sit comfortably during a trot without posting. You call it what you want, we are saying the same thing silly!!!!

  • @jabraxxus

Actually who taught you what a trot is? For the record a trot is a diagonal 2 beat gait. Lateral legs move in unison and there may or may not be a moment of suspension between strides. a rider rising or sitting the trot does not change the what the gait is. If the horse's diagonal legs are not moving in unison (striking the ground at the same time) the horse is not trotting. There are other natural diagonal gaits... Google it.

  • Id Die to ride a horse like that (:

  • You people are something else!!! Who taught you all what a trot was.

If the rider was not posting, the horse was not in a trot!!! That's all it is to it. This is known as a slow gait. Check your slow computer to catch up to what the horse is doing. The strecthies and chains are not tight at all. They just help with the four beat foot fall. Next you all will say that saddles are abusive instruments. Please stick to chia pets. This horse and rider are a nice team!!!

  • please dont say how beautiful this is, i know these people that trained those horses, and i know what they had gone through! shackling and painting the pasterns to cause pain and a higher gait, it is abuse and if they were here where i live they would be in jail! and never allowed to own any animal again!!
