Ryan Witt on Traffic Fines in Kitsap County, Washington

Ryan Witt of Glisson, Witt & Altman Law Office is interviewed by Ken Schram on Kitsap County's new controversial traffic ordinance. Mr. Schram gives Mr. Hauge, the Kitsap Prosecutor, a Schrammie for imposing a new policy purely to extract money out of the pockets of the citizens of the County and into the pockets of local County government.
