that means that your doing a ceiling line. Be sure de press the SHIFT key and to draw the line from RIGHT to LEFT.

i know how to go on the nose only horizontal lines.. and i know how to jump and land on the nose. and how to jump with a nose to do a flip and land again on the nose. really easy.
