Well our government is just telling them to leave with all there taxes and restrictions. When obama talks about healthcare,tax increases, or cap and trade. The factories in America say OK they give him the middle finger and walk to China or Mexico. That's why were failing. Granted NAFTA is bad to, but still.

Well I'll agree with you that NAFTA is bad, but the real problem in my opinion is is that we make America less competitive. Lets go to a Fair Tax around 18%,leave all environmental restrictions to local government,get the Fed out of education so state and local government can teach the kids to work at the factories better than any other can,get gas prices lower by drilling,use conservative ideas to fix healthcare, and go back to a Gold Standard to stop inflation dam it.

We should of done what Ross Perot wanted to do with trade. Make a trade system where there are no tariffs if other countries are willing to meet are standards. Through giving them higher wages,meeting our environmental restrictions,and labor restrictions. It's good four us, because it gives there workers the money to purchase our goods. And if other countries tariff us we double the restriction and they won't get to trade with us at all. Thus China loses there biggest customer.

Hmmmm.... Can anybody tell me who really sighned the nafta agreement?

Division of Labor:
Two people can get more work done working together than individually.
More is produced.

Law of Supply and Demand:
More production leads to reduced prices.

NAFTA increases the division of labor resulting in more production and lower prices.
Jobs will be created. Jobs will be lost.
The net result will be beneficial to the economy as a whole.
