Once again, playing around with the audio mixer. This time, I solved a subtle problem with the previous upload that was really noticeable when I initially attempted to record Twilight Princess. In a nutshell, I was plugging a two-channel 3.5mm plug into a single-channel 1/4" input. It introduced weird distortions and sounds would appear / disappear. (Solved this problem by buying RCA-to-1/4" adaptors.)
Based upon observations by other people in the room (both friends and family at the house because of my brother's wedding the next day), I tried moving the microphone closer to the Wiimote. The sounds are crisp and clear, although my voice isn't. Plus, with the microphone that close, I think it would be better to have the game be a little bit louder.
In the end, there may be a balance between the three that I'll have to decide on that can't necessarily be perfect...
