Ian Richards really is a very professional judge, he presides over misdemeanor battery cases in Broward county. Really a courteous guy. I was one of his defendants (in a meritless case that was recently nolle prossed seeing as my sister is a lyin-ass trick who wouldn't speak to the prosecutors for fear of being arrested for aggravated assasult herself... also, Dad saw everything) and honestly, even the prosecutor acted professionally. Good guy.
