@TheBadhaggis The Bible ? you mean translation of translation of copy of copy of translation of some gossip... You have put your faith on something you can't proove and you never will. I belive in science, theories and i enjoy watching them evolve. While you, are stuck defending some argument that you were probably thought when you were a child.
-
@TheBadhaggis ...will eventually find the "proof" that Darwin said must exist or his "Theory" is nothing but trash. Since no one has been there over the "billions and billions" of years necessary to help along a weak "theory" like evolution, there is no substantial PROOF that any of the "proof" offered up by Darwin's Disciples has ever established a strong foothold that remained for any real time before being disproved as a hoax or just wrong. The Bible offers several proofs such as prophesy

@mikerozo Never said that. Since God exists outside the finite space of our universe He cannot be explained other than how He portrays Himself within the Bible so it takes "faith" to believe in Him. Likewise, evolution cannot be proven in a lab nor through any of the scientific disciplines that we have today so again you need "faith" to believe in your "god" of evolution that made everything we know of in the universe, including ourselves. Evolution is a Religion based on faith that you...
-
@TheBadhaggis So you can proove existance of god in lab or through mathematics ?
-
@mikerozo But, you have no "proof", only speculation based upon what you know would need to be present for such a Theory of Evolution have any real credence. The "Scientific Community" has chosen "evolution" because they choose not to believe in God and would rather place their misguided "faith" in their own "religion" of Darwinism and Evolution. I choose to believe what can be proven in a lab or through mathematics and not what you "think" might be an answer...too many Carl Sagan years!
-
@TheBadhaggis some proof compared to no proof at all. I choose proof.
-
@mikerozo If you are referring to the Catholic Church accepting the theory then you are correct, but which of the popes was or is a scientist? Other than them, I know of only two contemporary advocates of Darwinian Evolution who profess belief in God...which "god" I'm not sure, but they somehow rationalize creation as a result of evolution. If evolution is based on just random occurrences then who needs God? There is no substantial scientific proof of evolution...just another religion...

@TheBadhaggis special creation is based upon faith alone. Evolution is a theory that even church approved.
How can so many people not like this video compared to like?

@TheVainviktor
i got votebotted, all my older videos got around 40 dislikes. (back then it was actually 1 star ratings, like/dislike didnt exist). as you can see, youtube just turned the old star ratings into the new like/dislike ratings, and did not fix the votebot-problem.

Hey, first I wanted to say this was the most awesome dialogue I have ever seen between 2 people with opposing views. It is clear that both of you went at it with respect. In response to this video I have a question for you. Would you say that your every single action and decision is based on the scientific method or are some based on faith?

not every single action and decision i make is based on the scientific method. science is not particularly helpful for deciding which movie to watch or to which concert-tickets to buy or what to eat or which party to vote for.
but i try to have no faith. faith is when you believe something to be real, a concept, without having any rational reasons or evidence to back it up. when there is no evidence and no rational reason, then i prefer not knowing over answers that might be wrong.
