An original composition by composer K. Thomas Pace. This is the world premier performance on stage at the Palladium Theater in St. Petersburg, Florida. The piece is performed by the St. Petersburg College Concert Chorus, the Sarasota Concert Band, and Barry Stevens on organ with the composer conducting the performance. Introduction by Dr. Vernon Taranto, head of Compositional Studies at St. Petersburg College.

It's relatively obvious that the band and chorus did not have enough time to rehearse as certain points are rocky but I am pleased with the performance none the less. Please enjoy!

  • I'm also on stage in this video, lol. Good work though Kevin, looking forward to singing more of your work!

  • My only regret is that we didn't get enough rehearsal time to give this piece the performance it deserves. Awesome job, Kevin, and I hope we get to sing more of your works in the future!

  • Wow, that's a lovely song! I think for the amount of practice, the choir and orchestra sounds really good. :) Wonderful job to the composer for writing such nice music, and the performers for doing so well with such little prep!

  • Good job Pace. Not bad for only a few rehearsals ;)
