Mass Effect 2 is better than 1.

Eh, the art style appealed to some and not others. I liked the cell-shaded style, and the game wasn't supposed to be some intense reflex shooter. It's an RPS. A lot of people liked Borderlands, a lot didn't. It was still a fun game to me. Plus, tons of looting is always fun. :P

@chargerfighter1 I know it wasn't, but as I recall it was still made out to be so awesome that it deserved a bullet point on the case. I played it expecting a good co-op FPSRPG that had great reviews, and I got what I thought was a pretty bland game with an uninteresting art style (that was also made out to be awesome) and poor AI.

I feel bad for you. The guns weren't the only point to the game, and from what I've heard, it sounds like you were plainly expecting it to be what it is not.
-
@chargerfighter1 You shouldn't need an add on to have variety, I got so bored with it my first playthrough stopped halfway and continued a month later and I sold it without even considering a second.

The impossibly rare weapons from the Secret Armory DLC.

@chargerfighter1 Pearlescents?

And the pearlescents? Similar, maybe, but they even look different.

@chargerfighter1 Every shotgun I've ever used and ever sniper rifle I've ever used in Borderlands (other than two very very rare sniper rifles) had revolving magazines. And I said almost everything, meaning the first time I saw a revolving sniper rifle I thought it was a cool design, and after playing all the way through the game and using hundreds of weapons with revolving magazines I got extremely annoyed with it. No weapons are very interesting because there are thousands more like it.

Then what's an SMG or a pistol, or a shotgun, or a sniper rifle?
BE HONAST WITH ME is me2 better then one?

@JACOBDDIXON13 Uhm, long time since I played the first one. So I don't know, really.
