Join Tara Glazier (Certified Anusara Teacher) and David Murphy (Certified Structural Integration Practitioner) for a magical 7 day retreat in Costa Rica.
We will be staying in Santa Theresa, Costa Rica in charming private cabinas with a breathtaking rooftop yoga deck overlooking the vast Pacific. Come challenge yourself in the playful waves, revel in pristine nature, enjoy breathtaking beach sunsets, great food, and a super chill atmosphere.
The trip includes yoga, meditation, and breathwork twice daily, personally tailored Structural Integration sessions, surf lessons, and dinners at great local restaurants. Take this opportunity to deepen your practice and reconnect to yourself while being surrounded by nature. It is the perfect way to warm your soul after a long winter.
This retreat counts as Anusara Immersion I.

Early registration discount: $1650 pp for shared room, $2200 for private room (deposit due by November 30).
A deposit of $650 holds your space.
