@jumpiewumpie I get what youre saying but I think hes just being silly because that's how a lot of jumpers act. He is ready to go an is having fun, I don't think it's a big deal for his back.

I don't say you're wrong 'cause horses do, but the way he uses his back by holding its head like this isn't very good for him (: Think he needs to accept the pressure in his mouth first, and that the rider needs to create a more stable sit. Sorry, can't explain how I want to in English :D PS: I just wanna help, I don't want to offend someone, just wanna help by telling (:

wow, you have got a real show jumper on your hands! to get more out of the running martingale, but running stops infront of and behing the rings, so it dosen't slip back, thats what i do

Great ride, but i think you should work on your dressage first. Holding his head like this isn't very good for his back... Maybe you should train without martingal and see how that goes? Sorry for my English 'cause I'm not very good at it :D
